If some judge's findings are reversed for more than 25% of the times by appeals with an year, the judge concerned should be shifted to administrative post as he is not applying his mind to hearing and administering the justice. <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#993300" FACE="Arial" >Non application of mind by the lower court judge is one of the inevitable and consistent reasons given by all appealing lawyers to the higher court.</FONT><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" > I fail to understand why it is not taken into consideration while finding suitability of the judge to administer the justice.-</FONT><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#993300" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="id22.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Understanding Freedom"><U> Understanding Freedom</U></A></FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>Accountability for remuneration:</B> That every individual should be accountable for his actions by himself and satisfy his conscience by asking simple questions like do I deserve my remuneration/salary/ wages for the day by the services I have rendered. Time is an irretrievable commodity and we should not waste our time or others time. Account for their actions, results achieved, and corrections to be made to their attitude and actions to achieve much better results than <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" >what they have achieved in given time frame.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>Penalty for not being accountable or irresponsible: </B>The penalty imposed should cause sufficient pain <B>(</B>heavy financial loss makes people behave properly), immediately or with in a weeks time <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" >so that the human brain can relate the loss to its irresponsible behavior. </FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>Corruption: </B>It is a mental disease and it is worse than begging or extortion. It destroys you and your society <B>and</B> country by making you, a poor manager of your assets, careless spender, and results in degeneration of national assets and <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" >results in an insecure society.</FONT><B> </B></div> <bR> <div> Younger generation has to face the brunt of our reckless spending in the form of<FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" > inflation</FONT><B> </B>or<B> </B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" >lack of jobs</FONT> and dissatisfaction of<FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" > living in a corrupt society</FONT> or even may<FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" > face economic depression</FONT>. Let people realize that <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" >by telling lies they are cheating themselves</FONT> which they do not like others to do it to them. How can you have a cheating free society as long as you practice self-cheating. <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" >Corrupt practices are outcome of this self-cheating process.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>The trio that is manifesting it self in million ways of corruption in all walks of life.</B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" ><B> </B></FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>First lesson in corruption:</B> In ability of parents to use three words properly when they have to deal with their youngsters.</div> <bR> <div> Yes, no, we look-into.</div> <bR> <div> Indiscriminate use of "NO" means nothing to a youngster. It even we <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="id57.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Sharing, Caring and recognition."><U>interpret it as a challenge</U></A></FONT> to his manipulative capabilities and behaves as such to manipulate his parents to change a "NO" to "YES". He will not care to know nor understand the unpleasantness that his action may create in parents. </div> <bR> <div> <B>On the lighter side of the life: </B></div> <bR> <div> Question " What is the difference between a daughter and a son?". Answer "Daughter is one whom you send out of house, and the son is one who sends you out". How do you like it to be true in your case. Are corrupt people grooming their sons to be so. <A HREF="id53.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="What is that You want ?!?"><U>Let us think a while.</U></A></div> <bR> <div> We should agree to hold parents squarely responsible for this behavior of their children<FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >. </FONT></div> <bR> <div> When the two letters word "NO" means nothing to majority it begins to corrupt the people and then the society<FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >. </FONT></div> <bR> <div> We can give umpteen number of our experiences where "NO' is used to indicate to us by corrupt people, that our work will not be done with out illegal gratification.</div> <div>  </div> <div> When parents have to use the word "no", they have to go through the process of "we look-into" and try to understand the child first and give him alternatives to choose. </div> <bR> <div> <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >For example when a child wants an expensive gift the parents should put the finical constraints before the child and ask him to choose between the expensive gift and forgoing his birth day party, or dress, or some other benefit. For any reason if parents have to use the word "no" it has to be a firm "no". You can not cheat others until and unless you cheat yourself first, remember this. Never expect an undue benefit what you don't deserve for long by resorting to the path of confusion. Simply we don't know who is more confused, the teller, the listener and/or both equally.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Third lesson in corruption:</B> Making student pass with unreasonable sense-less marks which mean nothing. What do we mean a student got pass-marks of 30% in languages. Do we mean he <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" >understands 30% percent of what he is speaking</FONT>, or he <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#009900" FACE="Arial" >understands 30% of what we are telling him and/or both. </FONT></div> <bR> <div> Imagine the consequences if mother use this standard and gives us 30% cooked food as acceptable. </div> <bR> <div> Change the education system to tell the student where he is good and where he is not. My conclusion is based on listening and guiding many students to understand basics properly, which made them self-dependent after learning basics.
