That is what job satisfaction can do to you, your society and country and the world.</div> <bR> <div> Mother Theresa got noble prize for doing works (she took care of poor sick and dying people), no others were willing to do. </div> <bR> <div> The constitution of India was made under the chairmanship of Dr. Ambedkar who belongs to toilet cleaning society In India.</div> <bR> <div> Alva Thomas Edison tool toiled, and financed his projects by taking up many odd jobs to carryon his experiments. Many a times he has been thrown out of his job as people never liked his experiments. <B> </B></div> <bR> <div> Goodyear the founder of vulcanization, a processes where two enemies (sulfur and rubber) become good friends of society (all our road transport vehicles run on vulcanized rubber), carried on his work even when he became penniless and people started making fun of him.</div> <bR> <div> Many foreigners who are contributing to American economy at one time taken-up part-time jobs like bartenders, waiters, petrol-pump boys, babysitters etc. to earn money before they completed their higher studies in American universities. </div> <bR> <div>  Founder of Birla empire, Tata empire, Reliance group of industries, and two Presidents of India are some of the examples. How about Bhdha, Gandhi, etc. No doubt you can give a lot more examples than what I have given.</div> <bR> <div> I hope that I have to define what I mean by "job". Chambers dictionary defines "job" as "any definite piece of work. esp. of a trifling or temporary nature: any undertaking or employment with a view to profit.</div> <div>   </div> <div> Learn to respect your job you can become what you want. It is applicable to every one including students and children.</div> <bR> <div> It is the desire to do something you want to achieve in life is the force that gives you the strength to proceed in the direction of your chosen path in spite of all odds you have to face from time to time. Facing odds is part and parcel of normal life. Are you not aware of the saying " failures are stepping stones of successes"?  more in <A HREF="id30.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Salable Skills"><U>salable skills</U></A>.</div> <bR> <div> Nature wanted us to learn through contradictions. Nothing can be at the same state that is having forth (time) dimension, they are three physical dimensions which are stable over a period of time and the forth ever-changing dimension "time".  Due to this forth dimension "time", nothing can stay at the same state for long. In this condition of non-stability only two things are possible. 1) Growth 2) decay. People who have to maintain their job satisfaction will always strive to find better ways of doing their jobs to keep themselves satisfied. Hence job satisfaction should not be inferred as not striving for betterment once you had a job of your liking. In fact job satisfaction is the force that made people to find better ways of doing things or even doing them differently. </div> <bR> <div> None of us like to keep with us anything that is decaying (how about our dears after their death) however much we liked them when they are growing. Natural law is, If it is not growth it is decay, this rule is applicable to our knowledge also. This factor weighs in youngster's mind when they refuse to listen to elders irrespective of the fact youngsters are right or wrong. So it is mandatory for both elders and youngsters to keep learning and don't allow their knowledge to decay. Don't forget if it is not growth the inevitable is decay.  </div> <div>  </div> <div> Nature wanted every one to learn as much from birth as from death. You can't do some thing until and unless you think you know. But you will not learn until and unless you think you don't know. Derive pleasure from both taking and giving (more in sharing caring and recognition).</div> <bR> <div> Here I would like to translate three of many poems written by <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#0000CC" FACE="Arial" >Vemana</FONT> who has born in a very rich family and left every thing including cloths to propagate his life experiences to one and all. Don't you think our education system should make us understand the wisdom of such great people, no doubt they are many. </div> <bR> <div> 1)They at times sleep on flower beds, and other times on rocks, those who want to achieve things will never bother for gains, losses (difficulties) in this world.</div> <bR> <div> 2)Salt and chamfer are having same looks, but on investigation you find their tastes are different, in a similar way among mortals the admirable people are different (more in <A HREF="id57.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Sharing, Caring and recognition."><U>sharing caring and recognition).</U></A></div> <bR> <div> 3)May be it is possible to extract oil from sand or by bleaching to convert the skin of black bear white, but it is impossible even for creator to convince one who thinks he knows yet doesn't know.</div> <bR> <div> All I wanted to convey is that you have to pursue middle course of contradictions to seek job satisfaction.
