Most difficult thing in life is doing simple (small) things.
All big things are nothing but some total of all small things put together.
Learn to split the task at hand into small consistent workable units.
Methods are applicable to all aspects of life, even to understand written text or spoken language as well, properly.
Take care of simple (small) things, and the end results are surprisingly admirable.

Theory of evolution and its effects on education.
And a few suggestion to correct the situation:
Have you ever wondered why Darwin's theory of evolution, appears to have stopped, after human species has taken present form, from monkeys. I do think theory of evolution, is as much applicable even today, as it was, before man has taken the present form, from monkeys. Evolution is a process, by which a species tries to improve its lot, by adopting it self to changing environment, and to change the environment to suit its needs - through the processes of learning.
Ever since the species (human being), with Ifive fingers, (palm with four fingers and a flexible thumb) and flexible limbs (hands) appeared, the evolution has taken a newö direction. The changes started taking place, both physically and mentally. Physically it can be seen from outer forms - from quadrupeds to bipeds. Mentally it can be seen, from ability to use objects like stones, sticks etc., as weapons with hands, to improve its lot, to acquire basic need (food), with considerable ease. In my opinion the ability of the Cthumb, to move and face all other fingers of hand has changed, the course of evolution, from physical form, to mental form (after all the evolution is all, for better living conditions of the species). This special finger, namely thumb, has enabled the species, to use two of its limbs for special applications, other than physically moving the body, from one place to another, in search of food. The Cthumb gave the species the ability, to write down ?™ symbols to identify - —Sounds, the Øenvironment and other öõôóspecies etc. The ability to ?write ™symbols has created necessity, to use them as means of —?NOcommunication. Most probably this is what has slowly shifted, the evolution from physical form to mental form. We find very little change in physical form, of human being over centuries, ever since human being mastered the art, of using symbols (development of languages), to make others understand, the sounds he wants to, through symbols and, use it as a means of communication. This ability to communicate through symbols, resulted in:
a) An ability to use two limbs (hands), special finger (Cthumb) gave human species the capability of write down symbols.
b) A human being (who learned symbols and sounds associated with them) can read Æsymbols, and by producing the —sounds, can make the others NOunderstand, what is expected out of them.
c) Gave the human species the ability of transferring its knowledge to its offspring and younger generation, with out its physical presence.
d) The ability of symbols to communicate, has felicitated the specialization of †ˆ‘duties (development of communities), heads of communities, priests (the people with high intellectual abilities and learning capabilities, are called so in olden days), wise men, worriers, invention of @ tools and weapons (stone age, metal age etc.,).
This change shifted the evolution, from physical form to mental form (development of brain in human species, from generation to generation can be easily seen) - as the saying goes younger generation, is capable of learning faster than older generation- I, intentionally avoided the use of the word wiser - reasons follow:
¥?— Popularization of symbols and their ”” mass use resulted, in invention of printing press. Production of printed symbols in mass scale - slowly - shifted the orientation of Education, from learning to teaching (mass production of labor - salable skills).- As such the younger generation is not in a position, to decide the usefulness of the evolution, in its own life span, hence the tensions in day to day life and present environmental problems. &—Teaching is destroying the ability to Ûverify.
Difference between NO?4 learning & &—teaching - (Shift from Û verification to ÇÈÅÄÃÆÉÊ÷ö assumption and associated tensions in day to day life).
Pre-industrialization period:
As long as Education was - NO?4 learning oriented - the capabilities of the student was, evaluated on his _perception and Û verification abilities. And only people, who are inclined towards learning, were pursuing Education. Others were content with, following the traditional occupations of their ancestors - as they had an opportunity of verifying the utility, of the occupation from early childhood. - Knowledge is basically based on NO?4 learning methods.
Education in early industrialization period:
@ABF Industrial revolution created needs, for ”” mass manpower of limited, salable skills.
This mass requirement of manpower shifted the orientation, of Education from learning to 4&—teaching methods. That is giving students perceivable skills like, reading languages, drawing, understanding human nature and behavior through history, basic knowledge about physics and chemistry etc.- And evaluation of student was based on, his assumption and perception capabilities.
This shift was acceptable - as the emphasis of education on perception - as the person chosen for a particular job, need perform limited operations - and he is trained for the job depending on his learning, capabilities, after he is employed. The teachers had good respect, as they had a good base of verifiable knowledge, with them. - Education was based on perception methods, mainly and verification occasionally.
Education in post industrialization period and Modern Times:
Emphasis of Educating methods slowly shifted from perception to assumption due to:
a) Explosion of demand for industrial, and mass consumption goods.
b) Increasing demand for persons with salable skills.
c) Mass accumulation of information about materials, goods, markets, transportation, banking etc.
Teachers no longer had the time or resources to cope up with this exploding information, and associated demand of knowledge. Teachers started loosing the respect they had from the students. This in turn resulted in requirement, of large numbers of teachers, with specific knowledge - education, has become a mass production activity - and no longer _perception and Ûverification methods could be applied in full scale, to test the abilities of the students.
When availability of goods are not sufficient to meet the demand even inferior quality goods will find users. Same thing happened to education system !!.
Teachers who assume things and do not even care to perceive or verify what they are teaching, found the jobs of teachers - the result is an education system, which is capable of mass-producing students who do not even care to perceive what they are doing. They work only on ÷öÇÈÅÄÃÆÉÊassumptions.
This situation is true in India and other underdeveloped countries than India and to some extent in Developed countries also. Ask any graduate (experienced or other wise) the difference between, Arts, Science, Engineering, and Technology, degrees they are aspiring for - you will understand what I mean. Many of the students, just never bothered to refer to, a dictionary and verify meanings, of what they are browsing (I used the word browsing not reading please note. If interested, you can find out the difference your self).
Due to above reasons, the younger generation, is indiscriminate, in using what it has been taught (as many of them had no opportunity to learn), and creating problems for themselves, by working in tension filled jobs (obviously due to ÷öÇÈÅÄÃÆÉÊassumed knowledge. All of us will have lot of tension when we are in an unknown land, you see) and destroying environment, in false pursuit of comforts, which are contradicting the requirements of evolution.
Apart from above reasons, the shift from verification to assumption is due to brain, an organ which is, getting developed due to evolution is in constant pursuit of easy ways (path of least resistance). It is well protected from the vagaries of nature. Can not feel environmental changes, directly by it self (brain has to interpret the signals, from sensory organs to know what is happening to physical body). And as such not in a position, to decide the usefulness of the evolution, in its own life span.
All this resulted in education, which is purposeless - one try to some how use his knowledge to earn a livelihood - working with out proper knowledge, is the cause of tensions.
You know, what will happen if we wrongly we assume the meanings, when we have to deal with people, whose language we do not understand properly. No wonder many of us, work with out verifiable knowledge, as our education system taught us to assume. - Working with out proper knowledge is the cause of tensions. This aspect of assumption, is what makes many to think that life is meaningless and accept unsatisfied life. Students who can mange, to the level of PRESUMPTION, could carry on with their jobs, comfortably. Students, who have learned the art & science of mathematics and acquired the ability of ÛVERIFICATION, have become, great Mathematicians, Scientists, Philosophers, Religious leaders etc., and found satisfaction, in what they are doing and found a purpose for their lives.
A few suggestion to correct the situation to 4 Right Education NO @ 4 ? FABF:
 Let them learn how to use languages to express them selves with out ambiguity.
 Learn to manage your work Scientifically.
 Guide a child to learn. (A scientist and Child are following the same methods - learning.) Make them understand the meaning of freedom, live and let live.
Parents should learn to spare at least 15 minutes of their time per day for children to address their anxieties and worries.
 Learn to use mathematical methods to weigh gains and losses of your activities. Gain and Loss should have same values but only the sign is different. If not find out the reasons for your misunderstanding.
Learn to assess your losses not gains of your activities - this improves your ability to manage tense situations - and derive happiness out of your activities.
